What is Design/Build?
Every construction project starts with a planning process, a design process, and then the construction process with many other steps in between. Our business practice involves a unified approach to all these processes, which we call Design/build.
The Design/Build practice is a way of doing business where the entire remodeling process is controlled by one company. Using the Design/Build approach, the entire project is coordinated, from the initial consultation through the conceptual drawings all the way through to the final cleanup and paint on the walls.
All aspects of a given project are planned, evaluated, scheduled and carried out in a coordinated fashion. This includes managing and overseeing the activities of architects, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, engineers, painters and all other skilled tradesman involved in a given project.
